Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (gluten-free)

  • 150g butter

  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup gluten-free plain flour

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.

  2. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  3. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt.

  4. Pour into a lined square tin.

  5. Bake at 170°C for 25–30 minutes.

  6. Cool before slicing (they firm up as they cool).
