Ingredients
200g dark chocolate (gluten-free)
150g butter
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup gluten-free plain flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Method
Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt.
Pour into a lined square tin.
Bake at 170°C for 25–30 minutes.
Cool before slicing (they firm up as they cool).
