Consent may be obtained when you:
subscribe via a Coeliapp form or landing page;
opt in through a third-party marketing platform used by CoeliappTM (such as Mailchimp);
enter a competition, promotion, or giveaway;
attend a Coeliapp event and choose to receive SMS communications.
Providing consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Use of Third-Party SMS Platforms
CoeliappTM uses third-party marketing platforms (including Mailchimp) to manage and send SMS communications. When you provide your mobile phone number, it is collected, stored, and processed by those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies and security practices.
CoeliappTM does not independently store or manage SMS subscriber phone numbers outside of these third-party platforms, except where required for lawful, operational, or compliance purposes.

Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with CoeliappTM and your communication preferences.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service provider. CoeliappTM is not responsible for any charges incurred by receiving SMS messages.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribing
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
replying STOP to any SMS message you receive; or
using the unsubscribe options provided within the message; or
contacting us at contact@coeliapp.app.
Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from CoeliappTM. You may still receive essential service-related or administrative messages where permitted by law.

Privacy & Data Protection
Your mobile phone number and SMS-related data are handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. CoeliappTM does not sell or rent your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where SMS services are provided through third-party platforms, those providers may process personal information on our behalf, including on servers located outside Australia or New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
