🍫 Gluten-Free Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1 cup raw almonds (or cashews)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins:
1 tbsp maple syrup for a sweeter treat
Coat with melted chocolate or desiccated coconut
Add 1 tbsp chia seeds for added fiber or a scoop of protein powder for a boost
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until sticky and combined.
Roll into bite-sized balls (and coat with chocolate or coconut if adding).
Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
